Hi, I’m Mike. I like to go places and take pictures; sometimes I teach people how to take pictures.

I used to live in New York, where I worked as a portrait photographer until one day a client told me about the Camino de Santiago. After my idle musing of “Man, I would love to do that.” turned into my actually doing it, I realized that this whole “travel the world” thing didn’t have to be just a daydream; it was actually possible. So I decided to give it a shot.

I’m what they (apparently) call “location independent,” which I guess is just a hipster term for “skilled hobo.” I tend to plant stake in one spot for months at a time (with travels in-between), so if I happen to be in your town and you happen to be in need of someone to either take your picture or teach you how to take your own, drop me a line.

In case it weren’t obvious, I’m available to travel for work.

Where the Hell is Mike?

And then?
