walk scotland

27 April 2016 — 12 May 2016

At two weeks and barely 200km, my second trek—this time across Scotland—was considerably easier than the Camino though no less inspiring; I constantly found myself in awe of the country’s stunning landscapes and fell in love with every Scot I met.

While walkers typically travel the route from South to North I did the reverse, hiking the Great Glen Way from Inverness to Fort William with a friend, then to Glasgow by myself via the West Highland Way.

Two weeks wasn’t nearly enough time; I can’t wait to return and tackle more of the Scottish Ways.
